As the largest cogeneration supplier in Europe, ENER•G NEDALO is also the largest service and maintenance supplier across Europe. The maintenance service can vary from preventive maintenance to full comprehensive maintenance.
In the event of a failure you can rely on our quick response to solve the problem. Every ENER•G NEDALO CHP is equipped with an unique control and monitoring system. The system automatically makes contact with our central service desk in case of any failure. It reports back all relevant unit data. Units can be remotely controlled and often defects can be solved remotely. If a service engineer need to visit the site they always travel fully prepared.
Our service desk is available on 24-hour basis. Our service engineers are spread over the service region. So if needed there is always quick support available.
